RETURNS POLICY

At this time we do not offer refunds or exchanges for Lavied Lashes, due to sanitary and health purposes.

 

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED

If a product is defective or damaged, the customer must notify Lavied Lashes within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please provide images of items to customerservice@laviedlashes.com. All products must be in the original packaging, not worn or altered in any way to qualify for a store credit or exchange.
