SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

Lavied Lashes ships U.S. only at this time. All domestic packages will be shipping via UPS or USPS.

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

ORDER TIME

All orders are processed upon receipt. Orders must be placed by 9AM PST to start processing same day. Processing time typically process  within 3-4 business days between 9AM-5PM PST (Monday-Friday). Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for orders placed on major holidays.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time are based on orders placed Monday- Friday. Delivery time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is placed you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to active/update delivery details.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Lavied Lashes is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information by the customer at the time the order is placed. 

Packages returned to Lavied Lashes due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for redelivery cost.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Lavied Lashes is not responsible for packages once they leave our facility.
